  7. I will never forget. Today I am working where all the press is. there is a meninite choir singing right outside. I'll post some images and videos later on my blog. The saddness started to overwhelm me and I had to leave and go inside.

I was surprised at the many posts this morning, all forgetting about 9/11. And the few who remembered, did an AWESOME job.

    Thank you

  24. Well I have no disillusions. I think I DO forget. And honestly... I even brazenly breezed through THIS day w/o much thought until seeing this post. So THANK you. I needed that.

  25. It's very sad that as the years go by you see how many people have simply forgotten that horrible day. Each year that passes a few less flags go up. The local newspapers pay tribute, but dedicate a few less pages honoring the heroes that lost their lives that day.

This year after moving to a new city (Philadelphia) further from NYC than I had previously lived, I for one had almost let this day slip by me. There was basically no rememberance specials on except for flight 93 which happened in PA. It is something that angers me.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all the families who have lost love ones and who's lives have been drastically altered by those unfortunate events especially to Jim a great man and father!!

    Great post!!
