I wonder

Why are people so dumb?

Yeah, I know about all the yearly compilation of stupid people is pretty amazing, but we must wonder if commercials have to include such warnings as: "Contact your doctor if sudden loss of eyesight or hearing occurs."

No shit. What moron wouldn't? Really.

Anyone that dumb should just suffer the consequences of being so dopey.

This was an ad for Viagra, so definately he should not be allowed to breed.

Every drug advertised on TV has the worst warnings about side affects. Who would even suggest to their doctor that they would want to take them!
Call me an innocent but I'd rather not know all this. Same with the government. None of this knowledge is ever good so-DON'T EVEN TELL ME!

Yep, there are some really dumb people out there and many shouldn't be allowed to breed, but breed they do. Then we have more dumb people. A vicious circle.

Have a terrific day Crotchety. :)

Since it's an ad for Viagra, makes me wonder if the eyesight loss is because something springs up and pokes you in the eyes.

My favorite is depression medication that makes you depressed.

What kills me is that the ads include the line, "Tell your doctor if you are suffering from [insert your current disease(s) or other physical complication here] before taking [whatever drug they have no other use for, but we want to sell it globally anyway]...".

Um, I would hope (or expect) MY doctor would already know if I had something that was contradictory to the drug they are schlepping.

Oh, wait ... there is the "Viagara" syndrome.

Sounds like the cure might just be worse than the disease...

Although after seeing an ad for a penis pump here a few days ago... I'm beginning to wonder if a sudden loss of eyesight wouldn't be a good thing.

I saw one tonight for an anti-depressant that said possible side-efects include suicidal thoughts! Something tells me that drug isn't doing the job it was intended to do.

Some men will endure anything and any indignity for a hard-on I guess...i love the stipulation about being concerned if they have a hard-on lasting longer than several hours...seriously??!

@ Middle child: I know what you mean. I used to take some drugs where a possible side effect is death.

@ Sandee: Seem to do it a lot

@ HumorSmith: Wishful thinking Smithy?

@ Reffie: I love that. or it causes suicide

@ 00dozo: Let him know what scripts you are taking. Aren't doctors the only ones who can give you a script?

@ LL: Penis pump. Mrs C said how much? Unless you're talking about that shake a weight

@ Nonamad: OOOPS :)

@ I wonder: Like my wife would stop at 4 hours

@ LaurAyn: Was it the one where the dude put water in an overheared engine while they pointed out that he makes great decisions. That move should have cracked his engine block
