So much great blog fodder

So much to say, I hope to have more days when I feel well enough to sit up and blog.
I hope to visit everyone's blogs soon. I've gone to a few over the last couple ofdays.

Because of my drain bamage I have trouble reading longer posts because I forget what I just read. I have trouble counting, too..

The mission of pt is to try to get me to stand up. I haven't stood in months, so it's kind of a major undertaking. They have put me in a couple weird Rube Goldberg (Kids look it up) machines. They have used various devices to do it, but so far, no luck. Today they couldn't even get me out of bed.

Be back tomorrow with some Diloudin-laced adventurous memories.

One step at a time Crotchety, one step at a time, and I'm not being a smarty pants here either. You'll get there and there's a bunch of us that are cheering for you.

Have a terrific day. :)

Wow, you have been through a lot. I met a guy at the hospital once who had spent 6 months waiting for a heart to be found so he could have a transplant and he talked about how long it took for him to be able to walk after not moving for so many months. (But he was fine.)

I think you are doing wonderfully well! People like you and mumborg are amazing :)

People like you and mumborg also prove to be the pain in the pt's arse :)

But it keeps them thinking, so all is good.

"Because of my drain bamage I have trouble reading longer posts because I forget what I just read. I have trouble counting, too." - at least you have an excuse.

Short and sweet: Get better ASAP! We miss you!

Aw DOM, enjoy your Dilaudin while you can.

I miss my hydrocodone.

Is that wrong?

{hugs} to you and Mrs. C!

Do what you can DOM. We'll still be here.

Besides... you need to get better so that once again you can see the appreciation in the old lady's eyes when she's shoveling your walk with that ergonomic snow shovel you got her.

Good to hear from you, DOM. Take it slow. But not too slow - the blog world misses you.

Take your time getting better. That's the most important thing. And don't worry, there's still plenty of us here keeping an eye on things!

Well, it's good to hear that you're up and about interweb-wise. The rest will come soon enough. Look forward to the diloudin stories - wonderful stuff!

Bah!

Standing's overrated.

As long as they keep feeding your Dilodin, you're good to go!

Get better DOM, and we'll just keep watching and praying for ya..

Well, those of us who pray, anyway!

Take it easy, Crotchety, and pace yourself. Do what you can and don't be too hard on yourself. I do believe all your online buds more than understand!

Okay Joe. Great to hear from you and all you can do is keep plugging along my friend. Long term will be better I know. Best!

Dude!!! (Mrs. C -- are you reading these comments to Mr. Crotchety?. Because if you are, you must say 'Dude' like "Duuuuuuuude!," emphasis on the "uuuuuuude" OK?

Deb's got the idea. I can't remember anything I've read from a minute ago. I think the blogging does that, not hospitalization.

Good to hear from you and let us know when you get out of bed. That's gonna feel so great for you, won't it?!

Hope you will soon be feeling well enough to sit up and blog -- and do anything else you've been hankering to do!
