I watch my grandson regularly while my daughter works and is at college. I love the little guy to pieces, but he wears me out!
I hear ya regarding the Disney channel, except here it's Elmo's World DVDs. I'm really starting to hate Elmo. Oh, well. At least it keeps him in one spot for 2 minutes at a time, lol!
I knowest what you mean my good man. As we have gotten older, the highlight is watching my older son tear outta here with a gleam in his eye and a world to conquer.{{sigh}} Not that I'm jealous mind you.
btw Crotch, you should have visitors from two of my...associates soon. They might make things a bit more interesting up there.
I'm a crotchety old guy who enjoys ranting and raving about the injustices of the world. While many of my rants are political in nature, I can complain about almost anything. If I were a cartoon character, I'd be Grandpa Simpson or an elderly Eric Cartman.

All of the above???
I hope you two got some while the grandkids were sleeping;)
Friday nights were exciting when you were young.....
Did you have fun????
Joe, you got spammed!
Sorry you got stuck babysitting. Do the dance/movie, nudge nudge wink wink tonight!
@ Lauren: Went with none of the above, and babysat.
@ Spamming putz: You're gone :)
@ Jen: Some. I slept in the other room. Only so much Disney channel one can take.
@ Adullamite: I remember them
@ Michelle: No.
@ Joanie: The spam is gonna be gone in seconds. :)
Yeah, she owes me now.
Hey, COM...you know you've "made it" when the spammers arrive!
Congratulations....;-)
Hoping you have a better night tonight. At least, no Disney Channel.
Sorry you had to babysit.

I'm guessing you ended up babysitting. But babies sleep pretty soundly, right? So maybe you got in a little wink, wink, nudge, nudge, too?
Willy says Wink wink nudge nudge - wait a minute are you asleep already!
10-4 Willy
I would have failed babysitting last night. I fell asleep on the couch after a yummy Mexican dinner and all of TWO beers.
Sounds like a grand night! Grand indeed!
:)
Because my wife and I have a 23 month old son, Brady, we did the babysitting thing.
We took the kids to Subway, then headed over to Wal Mart to pick up a baby urinal my wife ordered online, so we can get started on the potty training.
At 8:30, my wife put our little man to bed, and consequently fell asleep for the rest of the night.
Good times!
i agree with lauren, I would say all of the above.
Go see the movies! Why not? There's always room for Jell-O later...

LOL...been there and done that many times!!
Our children seem to forget that we too also have a life after they are grown.
I hope you had a good night!!:-)))
As always you caught me off guard and I forgot to drop to my card. I'll go back.
you are just too too funny!!:-))))
lol!
At least YOU'RE not hung over today.:(
@ Shyne: Thanks
@ Kalos: Disney gets old really fast. I can take the cartoons, but not those Tween shows
@ JD: Hard to sleep as the kid is older, with special needs. She's a flight risk, and Mrs sleeps like a log, so I get to guard the house all night.
@ Willy: Tonight is date night. :)
@ Reforming: I had sorts Mexican, too. Amy's burritos. :)
@ Quirky: Oh it was great.
:(
@ Paul: You had an exciting night, too.
@ Stacie: I wish
@ Don: Can't take the kid out. We're too old and slow to chase her.
@ Kevin: I'll be on the lookout
@ Shinade: Thanks. Yeah, for some reason, they think it's so much fun watching their kids.
@ Kirsten: I'm so jealous.
LOL!! What fun and fabulous Disney channel show did you have the privlege of watching this time?
Sometimes I'd go with the babysitting, but not this weekend, I'm exhausted. Hope your grandkids go to bed early.
Oh, Crotchety. That life in the fast lane will get you, man!
@ Lipstick: Not sure. I make Mrs and the kid go in the other room, but I can still hear the idiotic laugh tracks.
@ She actually went to sleep early and slept later today. In the past, she has stayed up late, and wandered around the house at 3 in the morning.
@ The Hawg: Yeah, I'm living la vida loca.
