BORING LIFE

Yep, I am so bored. Just check out my weekly schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday --

3:00am Wake up in a pain induced stupor (result of Percocets and Ambien). Staff washes me becaused I am so dopey. I then breakfast and wait for transportation to dialysis.

5:00 to 10:00am Dialysis, where I entertain my fellow mates and the PYN's.

11:00am to Noon Watch Price Is Right.

Noon to Midnight N O T H I N G.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday --

8:30am Wake up and have my lousy breakfast.

9:00 to 9:05am I wash myself. Can't take a shower yet.

9:05 to 9:45am Wash naughty bits with vigor -- hey, I said I was bored!

10:00am to Noon Work out in PT. Still can't stand alone.

Noon to Midnight N O T H I N G.

Now except for the daily wound dressing change or enema, I am not interrupted much, so give me a call. I promise to be funny, and since I am off most pain meds, I even make sense now and then. (908-222-5142).

You got it. I'll call toward the middle of the week. That would be about Wednesday just in case you're in a drug induced stupor...

Only 40 minutes dedicated to washing the bits? Damn Sam... why the rush?

Be good DOM, and wishes for a speedy recovery...

Well, I wouldn't consider an enema nothing, but that's just me.

I agree with FishHawk - enemas are a serious personal violation. *shudder*

You miss Price is Right half the week because you're in PT? Can they Tivo it for you?

Because, y'know, once you miss part of the story arch during the season, you're totally lost later. :)

Actually, I DO consider calling you now and then; I just always chicken out because I worry I'll be interrupting something important.

Like an enema, or a monumental bowel movement, or some combination thereof.

I realize you could probably talk on the phone at the same time...

Well I have more boring life then you. I wake up early morning, get ready and go to the office. I spend whole day in office fighting with files, clients, boss, employees. Oh Gosh and after coming back to home have dinner and again sit on laptop for more work. I work till late night and get faint in bad till next morning. I have no time for friends, girlfriend or enjoyment. I work on holidays as well. Now tell me whose life is more boring??

Love the fact that you've kept your sense of humor throughout this ordeal. I don't know many people who could do that.
And, btw, Mrs C must be a saint....you know, the poetry and all. ;-)

Hang in there, COM......hoping you're home soon. :-)
