Another sign of the Apocolypse

Guess who is having a movie made of his life?

Justin Beiber. All of life and his amazing struggle to reach the top of the pop world will be wrapped up in 90 minutes or so.

He's 16.

Oy.

I'm speechless.

We are living in some very weird times. Very weird.

Have a terrific day Crotchety. My best to Mrs. Crotchety. :)

This must truly be the end of times. At least the end of rational times. A movie about Patton is 170 min. A movie about Ghandi is 188 min. Audie Murphy got 106 minutes. How does a 16 year old even fill up a 90 min movie? And for the big question. Who gives a shit in these days about a "pop" stars struggle to the top? A hit at 16! How many years could he have fought to get there?

I might be more interested if he was 70 and got his start at 16. As he's not, I'm not. I bet it will make a good coloring book...

Hey maybe Abby (who is 1)will like it. It should have music and bright lights. In about a month you will be able to buy it out of the dollar bin.

Speechless. Yeah, me too. I didn't have a clue who this kid is until a few weeks ago. I have grandchildren.

Well it could'a been worse... It could'a been about Snookie.

Look at it this way: If there was a movie called "Justin Bieber: The Early Years", it would be all about his potty training.

So thank goodness we were spared that.

Or were we? Maybe that's the first part of the movie...

I'm so glad I'm at the ripe old age of 41 and am under no obligation whatsoever to care about Bieber-esque creatures.
LOL. :)

It could be worse. He could be 22 and we'd have to sit through a five part docu-drama.

90 minutes is the VERY VERY EXTREME outside limit of the attention span of anyone who would even care about a no talent 16 year old kid.
